Fill out the form, call us, or send a text. Every inquiry gets a real callback from a real person within one business day — usually same day.
Three steps, about 7 days end-to-end.
Send the form, call, or text. A real person responds within one business day — usually same day. We'll ask a few quick questions about scope and schedule a site visit.
We come out, measure your waterfront, check water depth, look at any existing dock or seawall, and discuss what you have in mind. No pressure, no upsells, no obligation. Most visits take 30-45 minutes.
You get a written, fixed-price quote with materials specified, dimensions listed, timeline noted, and every line item explained. Sign or don't — no pressure either way.
Pro tip: The more detail in your form, the better we can prep before the site visit. Photos help a lot — if you can send pictures of your existing dock, seawall, or shoreline, do. You can email them or text them after submitting the form.
Yes — site visits and written quotes are completely free. There's no fee, no deposit, no hidden charge. We invest the time because most homeowners pick a builder after meeting 2-3 in person, and we'd rather be one of those builders than not.
Our quotes are fixed-price, in writing. The number you see is what you pay — unless you change scope (which we'd quote separately). We've been doing this for 30+ years, so we don't surprise ourselves with mid-project discoveries on standard projects.
Standard validity is 60 days. After that we may need to re-check material pricing (lumber and steel costs move) — though in most cases the original number still holds. For storm-damage emergency work, we usually quote 24-hour validity to lock in materials.
We won't price-match below cost — too many corners get cut that way. But if you've gotten a quote that seems higher than ours for the same spec, we're happy to explain our pricing line-by-line so you can compare apples-to-apples. Sometimes builders quote lower by skipping items we include — and those items come back as change orders later.
Just call. We answer waterfront questions all day long — pricing ranges, material recommendations, permit timeline, "is my dock worth repairing or should I replace it." No charge for the conversation. We'd rather give you good information now than push you toward a quote you're not ready for.
