We come to your property, measure the waterfront, check water depth at high and low tide, and discuss your goals.

Fixed-price quote with materials, dimensions, and what's included. No surprise change orders mid-project.

Permitting

We handle every permit — county, FDEP, USACE — so you don't fill out a form. Typically 4-10 weeks depending on scope.

Build & Walkthrough

Construction by our own crew, then a punch-list walkthrough with you, warranty paperwork, and ongoing support.
